12 Group Coaching Sessions will be available over Zoom each month, on Mondays (2pm mtn), Thursdays (8:30am mtn), and Saturdays (9am mtn). You attend as many or few calls as you wish, bounce around between days, pop in when you have a crisis, or join for the uplifting energy every single call. Whatever works for you.
